Almond Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/2 tspn almond or vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/4 cup extra icing sugar

Method

  1. Combine icing sugar, almond meal and eg while in food processor until sticky - paste forms
  2. roll tspn mixture into balls - roll in flaked almonds and dust with extra icing sugar
  3. Bake at 150C or 170C without fan for 15 minutes or until golden
