Almond Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond meal
- 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tspn almond or vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup flaked almonds
- 1/4 cup extra icing sugar
Method
- Combine icing sugar, almond meal and eg while in food processor until sticky - paste forms
- roll tspn mixture into balls - roll in flaked almonds and dust with extra icing sugar
- Bake at 150C or 170C without fan for 15 minutes or until golden
