Mixed nut balls

Ingredients

60g ground almonds 60g ground hazelnuts 60g ground pecans 75g wholemeal breadcrumbs 100g grated cheese 1 egg, beaten 4-5 Tbsn dry sherry (or 2 Tbsn mill, 3 Tbsn sherry) 1 small onioin, finely chopped 1 medium red capsicum, diced 1 tsp sea salt 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper 1 Tbsn freshly grated ginger 1 Tbsn parsley, chopped

Method

DO NOT PREHEAT OVEN Mix nuts together with breadcrumbs and cheese In a separate bowl, mix egg, milk, onion, ginger, parslet and capsicum. Combine with nut misture and add salt and pepper. Form into small 1-inch balls. Arrange the balls on a well breased baking tray and bake at 180 C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
