Ingredients
1 block firm tofu
salt (crushed sea salt)
white pepper
2 tbs plain flour
2 tbs corn flour
olive oil for shallow frying
Method
I. Drain tofu well before cutting into large cubes.
2. Mix flour together in a container.
3. On a separate plate, sprinkle the white pepper and salt together making sure it is mixed through.
4. Rub the salt and pepper into the tofu softly.
5. Place the tofu cube into the flour and cover all sides.
6. Heat oil in pan and add the tofu once oil is hot.
7. Shallow fry all sides until golden brown. 8. Drain and serve hot!
