Cauliflower blue cheese gratin
Ingredients
- Onion
- garlic
- thyme
- half cauliflower broken into florets
- 200 ml double cream
- half castello blue cheese half
- panko crumbs for top
Method
Cook onion, garlic and thyme in pan. Season with salt and pepper. ADd cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 200 ml dbl cream, transfer to baking dish. Scatter blue cheese on top in lumps and panko crumbs, grill gently until bubbling and brown.
