Cauliflower blue cheese gratin

Ingredients

  • Onion
  • garlic
  • thyme
  • half cauliflower broken into florets
  • 200 ml double cream
  • half castello blue cheese half
  • panko crumbs for top

Method

Cook onion, garlic and thyme in pan. Season with salt and pepper. ADd cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 200 ml dbl cream, transfer to baking dish. Scatter blue cheese on top in lumps and panko crumbs, grill gently until bubbling and brown.
