Ingredients
Cauliflower florets, enough per person
salted capers
thyme
plenty of garlic
lemon juice
lemon zest
black pepper
salt flakes
olive oil
good parmesan
freshly made tagliatelle
Method
Slice Cauliflower florets thin enough to cook quickly, thick enough to hold together
chop up garlic
prepare thyme, lemon juice and lemon zest
Start cooking tagliatelle
Heat olive oil in pan, add garlic and fry until it starts to go brown and gets toasty
Add cauliflower and fry at medium heat until going brown
add capers, lemon zest, stir through
add pepper and salt to taste
Drain tagliatelle
Add dash of lemon juice to cauliflower and serve on top of tagliatelle, add parmesan to top with extra dash of pepper, present with salad.
