Ingredients
1 tbsp yeast
400g plain organic flour
1 cup warm water mixed with 2 tbsp oil
Method
Mix flour and yeast together
Gradually stir in water and oil then knead to pick up all the remaining flour. Continue kneading for 15 minutes by hand or 9 minutes by dough hook.
Place dough in oiled, plastic covered bowl and leave in warm place for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Knock back dough, separate into 4 peices, cover and set down in warm place for another 30 minutes.
